Reverb has released a new set of tracks that offer a glimpse at the evolution of the legendary studio sound.
The first of these, ‘The Last One’ is an acoustic, mid-tempo track that takes a deep breath and delivers a sweeping, soaring vocal performance.
It’s an amazing example of how Reverb have matured over the years, and the song is still a highlight of the album.
‘The Next Big Story Ever Teardown’ is a much different take on the theme, this time incorporating vocals by bassist Ryan Barger and drums by bass player Ben Hodge.
The track is a great introduction to what the band have become, and we can only hope it is the final track on the album to be released.
Reverb have been making a name for themselves in the live music scene since 2009.
They have toured extensively around the world, released some impressive studio albums, and recorded their most recent single, ‘Gone’.
Reverb’s current tour, which kicks off in May, kicks off at the legendary ‘Funkhaus’ venue in New York City.
Tickets for the first night go on sale on Monday May 18.
